Included in our tariff is:
- All bed linen and cot linen.
- A large bath sheet for each person (hooded baby towel in each cot). You may wish to bring extra towels for use in the swimming pool.
- Tea towels and table cloths.
- Oil fired central heating, plus all the logs for the woodburners.
- Electricity (Please note this does not include the charging of Electric Cars)
- Superfast Starlink Wi-fi broadband in each property and grounds.
- An initial supply of Ecover dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid & other cleaning products.
- For your convenience we put two toilet rolls in each bathroom and cloakroom, with natural soap bars too.
- BBQ charcoal and firelighters are supplied for the BBQ cabins
- We have an assortment of toddler paraphernalia available to lighten the luggage load for young families. Cots, highchairs, booster seat, bed guards, toilet trainer seats and grow tall steps are amongst the items you might not need to pack. Please message and check we can provide the items you might need for your stay here before you pack.
- For the less mobile. We have a shower chair and portable suction grab handles for use in the wet room shower area for those who may need them – again just ask before you pack.
- During your stay you have shared use of the Pool Barn Leisure facilities & outdoor play area, Starlink Wifi covers these areas too.
- We hope you will enjoy the freedom to wander on our farm and follow the Corvid Trail to spot the metal birds.
If you stay with us at Christmas or New Year then we provide:
- A decorated Christmas tree in each lounge – the Noble Firs are home grown.
- The houses are festively decorated including handmade bunting & fresh holly that has been gathered from the farm!
- Festive table cloths and napkins.
- A turkey serving platter with turkey foil.
For our four-legged friends we provide:
- Stainless steel dog bowls and feeding mats.
- “I am on holiday at Hicks Farm” name tag discs for use only during their stay.
- An initial supply of those special little bags!
- We also have a large dog cage with cover available – should you need one and have not enough room to pack your own.
We pride ourselves on having no hidden extras.
A few things we should draw your attention to are:
- All our prices include VAT and are subject to change at any time. Do not worry the price agreed on booking will always be honoured.
- We also suggest you ensure that, just in case you have to cancel, you have taken out adequate travel & cancellation insurance for your holiday here.
